He started the companies first in-house sales program and served as Floral Park's sales manager for the next 11 years. He was Vice President/General Manager for Floral Park Cemetery Association. He has served on the Indiana Cemetery Association Board of Directors and has attended the Indiana Cemetery and Funeral University. Tim manages Catholic Cemeteries of Indianapolis and also coordinates aftercare pet loss through Pet Legacy.com -

Elaine grew up on a 110 year old family farm in Northwest Ohio, and attended Delphos St. John’s High school. Throughout her active life, she has tried every sport available to her, only fueling her interest in sports. She is a past basketball state champion and holds individual awards for both all-star teams and district individual awards as voted by the coaches. Currently she plays volleyball, golf and softball whenever it is available to her. She also enjoys coaching CYO basketball at St. Roch and watching her children’s sporting events. Before becoming an owner of a small business she guided multiple physicians’ offices in both business and clinical daily activities. Elaine is a graduate of The University of Indianapolis and Reach leadership series class 25, and purchased the Play It Again Sports Franchise on the south side of Indianapolis in August of 2007. One of her best life experiences includes traveling to Thailand on a two week mission’s trip with the Lion’s Club, where she provided eye exams and glasses to the less fortunate. Elaine and her husband, Steve, currently have two children attending Roncalli - Kristin who is a senior and Haley a freshman. The Hale’s are members of St. Roch parish in Indianapolis, where their children attended grade school, and St. Martin parish in Martinsville.

We have two fast casual restaurants in Fishers, South Indianapolis, and one being built at IUPUI. We serve a variety of southwest fare including burritos, tacos, salads, quesadillas, etc. Our business model incorporates both in-store service and catering with catering being about one half our sales. Most of our clients that cater with us are pharmaceutical representatives, but we also serve St. Pius school lunch, St. Louis De Montfort lunch, law offices, CPA offices, etc.
